"I have been a long time costumer and I use to have a great experience but over the last year I have had some rates and billing issues but when I call the office I dont get any help I can't even get anyone to call me back. They always say we will call you tomorrow and weeks go by I call again and they tell me the same thing and never call back. So much for customer loyalty. It's like they don't want my business. I guess I'll have to change insurance companies"

"We are buying a house in Springfield area and needing to get a new agent( have been State Farm customers for 40+ years!) to set up homeowners insurance. "Updated: Mr. Kirkman responded to me directly. He explained that in this situation, his office has no control over how quickly the policy is cancelled that it is the corporate office instead that handles those requests on their own timeline. He got this resolved with the corporate office, although this request was not yet at the top of their queue. I appreciate his quick action and dedication. Mr. Kirkman does not return phone calls and does not honor legal requests to cancel a deceased person's insurance policy. This is not a person you want handling your insurance."
